# What TrackHeros is, and who builds it

> TrackHeros is an AI meeting notetaker for people with several clients, built by Developer Eagle in Beirut. Private beta on Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.

Canonical: https://trackheros.com/about/

TrackHeros is an AI meeting assistant for professionals who work with several clients at once: freelance developers, independent consultants, fractional CTOs, people who run interviews for more than one company, and people who sell their own work. A bot joins the user's client meetings on Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, records and transcribes them, and writes a summary, decisions, action items and formal minutes. Every client lives in its own sealed workspace, so one client's meetings, notes and transcripts never appear next to another's — and the assistant that answers questions about a client only ever sees that client.

It is built by Developer Eagle, a software services company in Beirut, Lebanon. TrackHeros is one of its products. It is in private beta, with a waitlist, and its early users are in Lebanon, the United Kingdom and Ireland.

## Why it exists

The founder is a freelance developer with several clients, each of whom issued their own Google account. Every meeting tool assumed the opposite shape: one person, one company, one workspace, one team. The result was a daily routine of switching accounts to check calendars, digging through the wrong transcript, and keeping one client's notes carefully away from another's by hand.

TrackHeros is that routine, removed. The product's first and hardest promise is separation. It is not a folder you create or a setting you switch on; it is how the data is stored and how every question is answered. The [isolation page](/features/client-isolation/) describes the mechanism.

## What it does today

- Joins Google Meet and Microsoft Teams meetings as a visible participant, about two minutes early, automatically or when asked.
- Transcribes in two passes, so a meeting that switches between Arabic and English mid-sentence comes out readable. See [Arabic and English](/features/arabic-english/).
- Writes a summary, the decisions, the discussion by topic, the action items with owners and due dates, milestones, and [minutes you can send](/features/meeting-minutes/) as a PDF or paste into an email.
- Offers two summary shapes: a project meeting and an [interview](/for/interviewers/).
- Connects [several Google accounts](/features/multi-account/), each sealed inside the client it belongs to.
- Answers questions about a client's meetings with citations to who said it and when. See [Ask your meetings](/features/ask-your-meetings/).
- Deletes a client workspace, or the whole account, everywhere it is stored, when asked.

## What it deliberately does not do

- It does not blend clients. There is no "ask across all my clients" that merges their content into one answer. A read-only global view exists, and every row and every fact in it is labelled with its client.
- It does not use your data to train AI models, ours or anyone else's, and it does not sell it. The four statements on the [homepage](/#privacy) are the policy, and the [privacy policy](/privacy/) is the long version.
- It does not claim certifications it does not hold, name competitors it has not measured, or publish numbers it has not earned. Everything on this site is true today or is labelled as not yet available.
- It does not support meeting platforms other than Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.

## Where it is going

Microsoft account and calendar sync, pushing action items to Jira, ClickUp and Linear, asking your meetings from a phone, and more languages are on the roadmap, each labelled "Not yet available" wherever it is mentioned. The longer view is a per-client memory that gets more useful the longer you use it — never a cross-client one.
