Every paid plan connects as many Google and Microsoft calendars as you hold and keeps each client in a sealed workspace of its own. The plans differ in meeting hours, how much recording is kept, and what a team needs on top.

**TrackHeros is in early access, and we let new accounts in a few at a time. Once yours is in, you can stay on Free or move to a paid plan whenever you like.**

- **20 more meeting hours**: $10 once. Added to the current month. Like the plan's own hours, they do not roll over.
- **80 more hours of recording storage**: $5 per month. Added to your subscription and billed with it, for as long as you keep it.

## Questions about the plans.

**Do I pay for each client or each calendar?**

No. Pro, Team and Enterprise connect as many Google and Microsoft calendars as you hold and keep as many client workspaces as you need, each sealed off from the others. The Free plan includes 2 calendars and 2 client workspaces.

**Can I use booking links on the free plan?**

Yes. Booking links are on every plan, Free included. A booking link checks your free time across every calendar you connect and writes the appointment into the one you choose. Free keeps 1 link live at a time; Pro, Team and Enterprise have no limit. Switching a link off frees its place, and appointments already booked are kept.

**What counts towards my meeting hours?**

The time the bot spends in the meeting. Time spent waiting in a lobby to be let in is not counted, and a bot that is never admitted uses nothing. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.

**What happens when my recording storage is full?**

The bot still joins, and the transcript and notes are still written. New recordings are not kept until there is room again; a storage add-on makes room at once.

**Does reaching a limit delete anything?**

No. Transcripts, notes and minutes stay whatever your plan, and so do recordings already stored. A limit stops new things being added; it never removes what you have.

**Are the prices before tax?**

Yes. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout, depending on where you are.

**How much does paying yearly save?**

40% on Pro and Team. Pro is $10.80 a month paid yearly instead of $18 monthly, and Team is $16.80 per seat instead of $28. Enterprise is sold yearly only, from $35 per seat a month.

**Can I get my money back?**

Yes. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying any plan or add-on. After that you can cancel at any time and keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
