Not a wall of AI text. A real document: attendees, agenda, discussion by topic, decisions, and an action item table with owners and deadlines. Formatted, exportable, ready to forward to a client.
Where the work goes next.
Decisions and action items do not stay here. They become issues in your client's tracker, a recap in their Slack, a follow-up from your own inbox.
Tickets and emails are drafted and held. Nothing is filed or sent until you have read it and clicked.

A recap in the client's channel, with the people who were on the invitation mentioned. Ask a follow-up in the thread and it answers from that meeting alone. Off until you switch it on, per client.
Jira
Create an issue from what was agreed, or update and comment on the one that came up in the conversation.
Linear
The same, for the clients who live in Linear instead.
Gmail
Send the follow-up from your own address. It can send, and it cannot read your mail — that is the only permission we ask for.
Google Drive
The minutes as a Google Doc in a folder you pick, where the client can comment and edit. It can only see the folder you hand it, never the rest of your Drive.
Each connection belongs to one client, like everything else here. A client's Slack workspace and tracker are reachable from that client's meetings and no other.

Every meeting becomes searchable. Ask a question in plain language and get an answer with citations back to who said it and when. No credits. No limits. Ask as much as you want.
