TrackHeros

Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Developer Eagle for using TrackHeros. Plain terms, and short on purpose.

Effective 28 August 2026

1. This agreement

These terms are between you and Developer Eagle, Beirut, Lebanon (“we”, “us”). By creating a TrackHeros account or connecting an account to it, you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to.

2. What the service does

TrackHeros connects to the Google and Microsoft accounts you choose, reads the calendars on them, sends a bot to the meetings you select on Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, records and transcribes those meetings, and produces summaries, action items and minutes filed under the client they belong to. It also answers questions about your own meeting history.

3. Private beta

TrackHeros is in private beta. Features change, some of them break, and we may add or remove functionality without notice. We give no uptime commitment during the beta and there is no service credit for downtime.

Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. We take reasonable care of your data, but a beta is not a system of record.

4. Your account

You are responsible for your account, for the accounts you connect to it, and for anything done through them. Tell us promptly at hello@trackheros.com if you think someone else has access.

You may connect as many Google and Microsoft accounts as you have the right to use. Do not connect an account you are not authorised to connect.

5. Recording and consent

You are responsible for having the consent that the law requires before a meeting is recorded. Recording rules differ by country and by the countries your participants are in, and some of them require every participant to agree.

Our bot joins under its own name and is visible in the participant list. That is a disclosure, not consent — obtaining consent is your responsibility, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from a recording you made without it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Record a meeting you are not entitled to record, or use the service for surveillance of someone who has not agreed to it.
  • Try to reach another user's data, or to defeat the isolation between client workspaces.
  • Resell the service, or run it on behalf of third parties as your own product, without a written agreement with us.
  • Attack, overload, reverse-engineer or probe the service outside a security disclosure we have agreed to.
  • Upload anything unlawful, or use the service to break the terms of Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or any other platform it touches.

We may suspend an account that is doing any of the above, and we will tell you why.

7. Your data stays yours

You keep all rights in your recordings, transcripts and everything generated from them. You grant us the licence we need to host and process that content in order to provide the service, and nothing beyond it. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. AI output

Transcripts, summaries, action items and minutes are produced by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. They are not legal, financial or professional advice, and they are not an authoritative record of what was said. Check anything you intend to send to a client or rely on in a dispute. You are responsible for what you do with the output.

9. Fees

Private beta access is provided free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price and the terms before anything is charged, and you will be able to decline and stop using the service. Where payment applies, it is processed by Stripe under their terms.

10. Third-party services

TrackHeros depends on Google, Microsoft and other providers. If one of them changes an API, a policy or a price, the service may change with it. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them stays subject to their own terms.

11. Ending it

You can stop using TrackHeros at any time and delete your account from the product. Deleting removes your content as described in the Privacy Policy, and it cannot be undone.

We can end your access if you break these terms, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue it, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your content first.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a bot will join every meeting, that a transcript will be accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or €100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email the address on your account before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Lebanon have jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting any consumer-protection right you have to bring a claim where you live.

16. Contact
