Answer
Can Claude or ChatGPT read my meeting trackers?
For anyone who keeps tables filled from Google Meet and Microsoft Teams meetings in TrackHeros and works in Claude or ChatGPT: how to add TrackHeros as a connector, which clients the assistant can then read, what it reads from a tracker, what happens to the content you ask about, how to disconnect it, and how the assistant inside TrackHeros answers from the same tables.

A tracker in TrackHeros is a table that fills itself from your meetings: candidates and what they asked for, change requests and what was decided, a go-live date and every time it moved. You can ask about it without opening it, from Claude or ChatGPT or from the assistant inside TrackHeros. This answer is for anyone with trackers on their Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls who would rather ask than scroll. TrackHeros is an AI meeting notetaker that connects every Google and Microsoft calendar you hold, recognises close to 100 spoken languages on its own, writes the notes in nine of them, and keeps every client's notes in a sealed workspace of its own. The feature is on trackers.
How do I connect TrackHeros to Claude or ChatGPT?
Add TrackHeros as a connector inside the assistant app. TrackHeros' connector is an MCP server, the open standard these apps use to reach outside tools, and adding it sends you to TrackHeros to approve the connection. The approval page names the app asking and the address it will return to. Check both, and close the page if you did not start the request yourself.
The same page asks which clients the assistant may read: all your clients, including ones you add later, or only the clients you choose. A freelancer with six clients can connect Claude to one of them and leave the other five out of reach.
What can the assistant read from a tracker?
The table as it stands: each row, each current value, and the meeting the value came from. It reads the trackers your account can open in TrackHeros, inside the clients you allowed, alongside the meetings' summaries, action items and transcripts. Questions like these are answered from the table rather than by re-reading calls:
- "What salary did each candidate this month ask for?"
- "Which of Client A's change requests are still pending?"
- "What is the go-live date now, and which meeting set it?"
A tracker in a client you did not allow is invisible to it. Where an answer covers several clients, every row TrackHeros sends carries its client's label, a tracker across all clients comes back as one table per client, and the connector tells the assistant never to merge two clients into one story, the rule client workspaces that never mix describes. The connection is read-only.
What happens to my meeting content when I ask?
The rows and passages needed for an answer are sent to that assistant app, which is how it can answer at all. From then on that app's own terms apply, not TrackHeros', which is why the approval page asks you to connect only assistants you trust with that content. What TrackHeros itself promises about your data is in the privacy statements and in does TrackHeros train AI on my meetings.
To stop it, open Settings, then Connected AI apps, and disconnect it. It stops working straight away, not at the end of a session, and it can be connected again later.
Can I ask about a tracker without leaving TrackHeros?
Yes. The assistant inside TrackHeros reads trackers too. Ask "what salary did each candidate this month ask for?" and it answers from the table, naming the meeting each value came from. It only reads them: corrections and reviews happen on the tracker's page. A chat opened from a single meeting stays inside that meeting until you let it search other meetings, since a tracker gathers many. How the assistant works across your meetings is on ask your meetings, and who can see which tracker is in who can see a tracker.
