Which languages does TrackHeros support?

TrackHeros works out the language of each Google Meet and Microsoft Teams meeting on its own, from close to 100 it recognises, and writes the notes in English or one of eight other languages. Every language it hears is listed here.

Updated 22 October 2026

TrackHeros is an AI meeting notetaker that connects every Google and Microsoft calendar you hold, recognises close to 100 spoken languages on its own, writes the notes in nine of them, and keeps every client's notes in a sealed workspace of its own. This page lists every language it recognises and says what you get for each.

Which languages can a meeting be held in?

Any of the close to 100 spoken languages listed below, on Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. Nothing has to be set: TrackHeros works out each meeting's language from the meeting itself — the platform captions, a short audio sample, then a pass over the full recording when the meeting is not in English alone. How automatic language detection works explains each step.

Which languages can the notes be written in?

Nine. English is the default; the others are Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Ukrainian and Indonesian, and each has its own page below. The summary, decisions, action items and formal minutes come out in the language you choose — for your whole account, one client, a recurring meeting or a single call — or in the language the meeting was mostly held in, when that is one of the nine. PDF, Google Doc and Notion exports use the same language for their headings and dates, and Arabic exports read right to left.

What happens to a meeting held in a language the notes cannot be written in?

It is detected and transcribed like any other, and the transcript is rendered into English. The notes come out in the language your settings choose, English by default. A call held in Japanese, Dutch or Hindi gets a full transcript and English notes, or French notes if French is what that client is set to. What happens to a meeting in a language TrackHeros cannot write notes in walks through one.

How is a language added?

The nine notes languages are a fixed list, because each one is read back by somebody before it ships: the headings, the dates and the layout of the exported minutes. A language joins the list when that has been done, and this page lists it the same day.

Close to 100 languages heard. Notes in nine.

Every spoken language TrackHeros recognises

A meeting held in any of these 100 is detected and transcribed, with the transcript rendered into English. The nine marked “notes” can also be the language the notes are written in.

Questions

Frequently asked

Does TrackHeros support my language?

If it is in the list on this page, a meeting held in it is detected and transcribed on Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. The notes can be written in it if it is one of the nine notes languages: English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Ukrainian or Indonesian. Otherwise the notes come out in English, or in another of the nine if you chose one.

Is the transcript in the language that was spoken?

No. A meeting held in a language other than English is transcribed from the recording and rendered into English line by line, and the transcript page says which language the conversation was held in. The original wording is kept, but not shown in the app.

Can a meeting switch between two languages?

Yes, when one of them is English — French and English, Hindi and English or Arabic and English in one sentence, for example. The recording gets a second pass that reads the switch. A meeting that mixes two languages, neither of them English, gets the same pass, but it is not a combination TrackHeros has tested, so no claim is made about it.

Do I have to tell TrackHeros which language a meeting is in?

No. The language is worked out from each meeting. You can list the languages a client speaks, which is optional; if you do, list all of them, because a language you leave out is treated as less likely.

Which plans can choose the notes language?

Every plan detects and transcribes every language on this page. The free plan writes the notes in English; Pro and the plans above it choose any of the nine notes languages. The plans are on the pricing page.
